Alternate Chapters:
Chapter 23A: You will fight Lloyd in this version of the level, the setting will take place outside with a heavy fog. Also, you will get to recruit Wallace on your team.
Chapter 23B: You will fight Linus instead of Lloyd, the setting will be inside a small village. No fog, and instead Wallace is replaced with Geitz (recruit him with Dart)
Chapter 25/26 A and B: If your spellcasters are a higher combined level than your physical fighters, you'll go to A. If the physical fighters are higher combined level than the casters, you'll get B.

Lyn's Side Quests Requirements:
7X: Clear Chapter 7 within 15 turns (defeat boss)
13X: Visit the Northwestern Village in Chapter 13, and receive the torch from it.
16X: Keep at least one Caelin Soldier alive in Chapter 16. (If you keep one, you get a mine, two alive, you get a light rune, keep three alive, you get a red gem.
18X: Clear Chapter 18 within 15 turns or fewer (defeat boss)
22X: Talk to Hawkeye with Eliwood, keep him alive. Get 700 experience in chapter 22 as well.
26X: In chapter 26, talk to Nino with Eliwood or Lyn, and have her talk to Jaffar (Jaffar won't join you until the side-quest).
29X: NO requirements, for some reason listed as a side quest. All you do is go to the shops and arena.
All of the ones above in Eliwood's, only the chapter number has changed because of new chapters exclusive to Hector's mode. However, there are two other, Hector mode exclusive Side-Quests:
13X is now 14X
16X is now 17X
18X is now 19X
22X is now 23X
26X is now 28X
29X is now 31X
19X Part Two: Have Nils reach level 7 (or higher) in Lyn's story (May have to kill Kishuna to proceed to 19X Part Two).
32X: Clear Chapter 32 within 20 turns (defeat boss and seize throne)
Eliwood's Story:
Requirement: Lyn+Eliwood+Hector's level is UNDER 50.
Example:
Lyn- level 10
Eliwood- level 20
Hector- level 19
19+20+10=49. Therefore, you WILL go to 23A.
Requirement: Lord's levels 50 or higher (Lyn 15, Eliwood 20, Hector 20= 55)
25A: The layout of the level will be consisting of one large building and two smaller buildings. Harken will appear if you defeat two or more Promoted spellcasters (Druid, Sage, Bishop) and Karel will appear if you have one killed or more. Recruit either of them with Eliwood (although Isadora can recruit Harken too).
25B: The layout will be different, with 6 smaller buildings. Opening four or more doors will make Karel appear, while opening 3 or less, Harken will appear. Recruitment stays the same as the previous chapter (Eliwood can recruit either of them, while Isadora can recruit Harken too).
While the treasure is the same, regardless of which level you get, the boss loot will be different. 25A gets you an Aura magic (A level Light tome) while 25B gets you a Light Brand (Sword with ranged capability, light element).
24A: Same as Eliwood's version, 23A, except Lloyd actually moves towards you in this version (and starts right above the ballista halfway through the map)
24B: Only difference is Linus is positioned three squares to the left of his original position.
27A: Only difference is the spellcaster promotes have changed to Snipers and Generals. Also, defeating two or more promotes will get Karel to appear, while one or fewer will make Harken appear. Recruitment is the same as before.
27B: The only difference is four (or more)doors get Harken to appear this time, and three or less will be Karel.
