Weather by Blazer
Here are the different types of whether and their effects-
Rain limits movement on units enough to significantly decrease the progress
of a battle for all sides. The effects are on-and-off and it's recommended
to speed ahead in chapters with rain so that you don't waste precious time with it.
Appearances- Chapter 10, Chapter 14
Snow has the same affect as rain, except it's snow.
Appearances- Chapter 25A, Chapter 25B
Fog doesn't affect movement however decreases unit visibility. Most characters have
a standard fog-of-war sight, however thieves have increased visibility.
Torches and the torch staff can counter-act fog-of-war, however it's wise to be careful
in case of unseen enemies that can attack your own units.
Appearances- Chapter 9, Chapter 18, Chapter 23 Lloyd
Although not completely classified as weather, this has the same affect as fog does;
a lack of visibility, and can be cured in the same way as fog.
Appearances- Chapter 19xx, Chapter 20, Chapter 26
This sandstorm decreases movement greatly all non-magical units but decreases flying
units' movement to a lesser extent. Magical units can cross desert terrain
without any restrictions at all.
